Real Estate in Alberta is brought and sold slightly differently than in the UK. 90% of property is sold publically with the assistance of a licensed realtor. When you are buying real estate you will be best seeking the assistance of  a realtor. I am a licensed realtor and will assist you through the whole process one step at a time. Since qualifying as a realtor I have continued my education. I am now an Associate Broker and Certified Condominium Specialist, and have taken additional courses in Mortgages, appraisal, and property management.
